Marketing Communications Manager

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will work directly with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies for our premium world-class brands: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo. With the support of our Graphic Designer, Business Development Manager, Internet Coordinators at each dealership, and various vendors, you will see each project through to completion.

As a member of the Corporate Marketing Department, you will collaborate with the General Managers and Vice Presidents to develop event and initiative plans, and communicate those plans through various mediums, including direct mail, email blasts, social media, and web content.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives for each dealership

• Create content for various communication strategies, including direct mail, email blasts, social media, point of sale materials, print advertising, television commercials, digital advertising, shortform video, and radio scripts.

• Manage dealership social media accounts

• Update dealership websites with monthly incentives and offers

• Oversee CRM onboarding for new hires, and generate client lists for marketing campaigns

• Respond to online reviews on Google and other platforms

• Build online presence and following for our various luxury dealerships

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience

• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

• Eagerness to learn and grow

• This position is non-remote and requires being in office

Desired Requirements

• College degree related to marketing, journalism, or business - or equivalent experience

• Samples of communications in various mediums

• Strong copywriting skills

• Desire to grow our business and online footprint

• Automotive experience preferred but not required
