Role Overview:
Taking ownership of the Digital Marketing and Communications activities for Fluid Control globally. As a key member of the Fluid Control Marketing team, the Marcom Leader is a critical role for the business to ensure we drive brand awareness throughout our strategic markets; Increase our lead generation and deliver ROI on our digital campaign while managing our global online presence via our website and ecommerce platform. As part of the role, you will be managing a team of marketing officer and graphic designers who will support you in achieving the business ambition. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign:
Develop digital campaign plan for the business to maximise return from our Fluid Control marketing budget
Coordinate preparation activities for each digital campaign and drive execution of the campaign
Measure success/impact and report to key stakeholders
Website & Ecommerce
Coordinate the roll out of our new dedicated Fluid Control Website
Develop and maintain content on the Fluid Control website
Support the setup of the Ecommerce functionalities and drive revenue generation through the channel. Focus on migrating small customer onto a contactless purchasing process
Branding
Develop rebranding plan for the business and drive the new IMI brand roll out throughout the Fluid Control organisation
Following successful rebranding, ownership of maintaining our marketing collateral, online presence, exhibition etc. in line with our new branding guidelines
Marketing Collateral & Technical Documentation
Complete the rebranding of our marketing collateral and technical documentation
Develop and maintain new brochure and supporting materials to help the commercial team in the promotion activities of our Fluid Control portfolio
Maintain up to date technical documentation for our product portfolio (e.g. Datasheet)
Exhibition
Develop exhibition plan for Fluid Control
Coordinate preparation activities associated with the exhibition we are taking part in (e.g. booth design etc.)
Measure success/impact and report to key stakeholders
Critical Competencies for Success
Diploma or certifications related to business, marketing and/or digital marketing is required. An understanding of engineering products and solutions in fluid control applications would be beneficial
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages would be beneficial
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing and content marketing is essential
Ability to analyse data from various digital platforms and derive insights for informed decision-making
High level of curiosity to ensure we continuously create innovative content and campaigns that contribute to achieve our ambition
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals is required
Familiar with marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms such as Google analytics is beneficial
Experience in successfully leading and managing a team of marketing professionals is required
Experience in developing and maintaining a library of marketing collaterals and technical documentation
Experience in developing and managing website content and Ecommerce channel would be beneficial
