In addition to creating biofuels at POET, we produce other valuable goods that we call co-products. These co-products include five million tons of our Dakota Gold distillers grain animal feed and 600 million pounds of our Voila corn oil. It is our role at POET Nutrition to market these high quality products and provide the lowest cost logistics solutions for our customers.


Each day, when we show up to work at POET Nutrition it's our job to market and transport, as efficiently as possible, about 20,000 tons of our high quality feed products from our bioprocessing facilities to our valued customers who happen to be located all over the globe. As Marketing Communications and Office Coordinator, it will be your role to support the company's marketing efforts while also ensuring the office is running as smoothly as possible by performing general office duties. This position will perform a wide variety of confidential marketing and administrative tasks that include overseeing and managing the flow of information, conducting research, all in a very fast-paced environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the POET Nutrition leadership team and team members.

  • Work with internal and external teams to execute marketing communications plans. This includes mailers, radio ads, webinars, brochures, videos, web sites and social media.

  • Develop presentations.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for POET Nutrition team members.

  • Plan events.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Answer incoming calls and greet company visitors.
