Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances.
The Role
As the firm is expecting to grow considerably in the EMEA region in the next few years, we expect the global marketing team size to increase. Currently, the role is Paris office's sole, dedicated marketing resource, and you will play a critical role in shaping the perception of AlixPartners in the French marketplace. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is focused on delivering impactful results.

You will have the opportunity to work daily with country leadership on a wide range of projects, working alongside other members of the marketing team to develop new campaigns, influence the growth of the business and increase visibility in an exciting and dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate marketing & brand awareness
Define, refine and deliver AlixPartners France corporate visibility agenda and audience:work with senior management to create and continually push the overall AlixPartners in France narrative and position. Ensure the right messages are in front of the right people, internally and externally, via the right channels, at the right time
Content development and management: working alongside the wider global team and in conjunction with the Paris-based PR agency, develop written, audio and video content, and manage the distribution of content across channels
Marketing and Communications
Marketing campaign delivery: work alongside prioritised industry and practice groups to support the delivery of effective marketing campaign activation across a variety of channels against marketing objectives
Client advocacy: identify and manage the best client success stories, working alongside the client and industry groups to develop rich content and marketing opportunities
Awards management: support the French local market awards strategy, writing entry submissions and organising attendance at awards ceremonies
Alliance/Partner marketing: identify opportunities across our partner network to collaborate on marketing initiatives and be the primary interface with our key third party relationships, in particular the French American Foundation
Project management: ensure all internal and external projects are planned, tracked and measured for smooth and timely delivery
Reporting: manage campaign, monthly and quarterly reporting across marketing activity as appropriate

Person Specification - Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience & Knowledge
6+ years of B2B marketing experience - preferably in a professional services environment
Degree educated, ideally in marketing/communications
Experience of working as a sole operator in a multi-country matrix environment
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Ability to write marketing copy to short deadlines
Digital native - possess a solid understanding of digital platforms including (or similar to): Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, Canva, Passle, Microsoft Suite, Podbean, Riverside.fm, Salesforce, Mondaq, Shorthand
Proven experience of multi-channel campaign management - comfortable with range of activities, from one-off email to large scale events
