The candidate will develop and implement multi-channel, audience specific marketing campaignsacross a variety of platforms, products and servicesto reinforce our overall brand and leadership in credit e-trading. They will work closely with the sales and product management teams to develop engaging and creative marketing materials and content, both print and online. This includes leveraging in-house research to help promote our deep insight, unparalleled data universe, and broad expertise in the credit markets.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with product management and sales to define and implement product branding and marketing strategy in line with product road map and client needs, including product launch plans etc.

  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at specific user personas within our client base of AMs, hedge funds, broker dealers etc.

  • Track market trends and competitor activity, plus client needs, to produce relevant thought leadership and research collateral through bought and earned media

  • Help to create and communicate compelling product value propositions, and embed those value propositions into effective sales support and client engagement materials

  • Create, on a per product or per-feature/proposition basis, bespoke sales kits that present the best of our solutions and brands to market, and include objection handling, competitive differentiation, client-centric USPs etc.

  • Support industry conferences and events.

  • Leverage tools to track and report campaign success metrics and help measure client engagement.

Experience and Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have 7-10 of experience across a range of marketing disciplines.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication and messaging skills.

  • Previous experience must include:

  • Marketing experience within the financial services/financial technology sector;

  • Marketing to trading desks, institutional financial firms. Experience within a buy and/or sell-side firm preferred.

  • Experience in electronic trading or e-commerce and in the derivatives markets strongly preferred.

  • Ability to simplify and focus complex information without losing key ideas and messages.

  • Track record in creating and executing successful and measurable integrated communication and marketing programs.

  • Individual must have strong self-motivational and people skills: ability to work autonomously, develop highly-functioning working relationships, address issues independently, and be very hands-on. Needs to be strong both strategically and tactically.

  • Must be results oriented.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the ability to deal with rapid change is essential.

  • High attention to detail, strong project management skills, an aptitude for learning, and ability to multi-task across competing projects and deadlines.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and contributions. Compensation program includes base salary and annual cash incentive bonus.

Job Summary: The ATM Process Manager is responsible for managing drivers, messengers and guards and operations outside the facility, typically including up to 15 routes or more than 600 ATMs and/or CompuSafes. This position is responsible for assisting the City Manager or Senior Manager Operations in the secure, safe and efficient functioning of an armored car operation. The incumbent drives the execution of the business and motivates team members to achieve the best results and to drive continuous process improvement. This position will lead a dedicated team of ATM employees and requires extensive coordination with other on-site operations. This position functions in an armed environment. This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Provide first line supervision to ATM Logistics team members at one of the market locations * Ensure ATM route logistics efficiency through appropriate interaction with market employees and route analysis * Maintain safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all ATM Logistics employees work and return home safely * Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency * Maintain and provide quality customer service * Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures; proactively reduce risk exposure and ensure implementation of measures to reduce worker's compensation injury costs and security losses * Establish and maintain accountability on the front line of the market; schedule and develop staff; maintain positive Employee Relations and work environment, while creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement * Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity and standards both on an internal and external basis; maintain high ethical standards and protect the Brink's reputation by delivering high quality, reliable programs and services which meet customer expectations Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics * Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience * Minimum of Class B with air brakes driver's license * Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements * Minimum of 21 years of age * A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements * A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses * Able to lift at least 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications: * 5+ years ATM operations and claims experience * Previous experience as an armored car driver * Knowledge of route analysis and logistics * Knowledge of lean/process improvement methodologies * Knowledge of budgeting and planning experience * Bachelor's Degree Professional Skills: * Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills If you have the background and integrity we require and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we hope you will consider employment with Brink's U.S. We provide a competitive salary, medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans.
