The candidate will develop and implement multi-channel, audience specific marketing campaignsacross a variety of platforms, products and servicesto reinforce our overall brand and leadership in credit e-trading. They will work closely with the sales and product management teams to develop engaging and creative marketing materials and content, both print and online. This includes leveraging in-house research to help promote our deep insight, unparalleled data universe, and broad expertise in the credit markets.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work directly with product management and sales to define and implement product branding and marketing strategy in line with product road map and client needs, including product launch plans etc.
Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at specific user personas within our client base of AMs, hedge funds, broker dealers etc.
Track market trends and competitor activity, plus client needs, to produce relevant thought leadership and research collateral through bought and earned media
Help to create and communicate compelling product value propositions, and embed those value propositions into effective sales support and client engagement materials
Create, on a per product or per-feature/proposition basis, bespoke sales kits that present the best of our solutions and brands to market, and include objection handling, competitive differentiation, client-centric USPs etc.
Support industry conferences and events.
Leverage tools to track and report campaign success metrics and help measure client engagement.
Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 of experience across a range of marketing disciplines.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication and messaging skills.
Previous experience must include:
Marketing experience within the financial services/financial technology sector;
Marketing to trading desks, institutional financial firms. Experience within a buy and/or sell-side firm preferred.
Experience in electronic trading or e-commerce and in the derivatives markets strongly preferred.
Ability to simplify and focus complex information without losing key ideas and messages.
Track record in creating and executing successful and measurable integrated communication and marketing programs.
Individual must have strong self-motivational and people skills: ability to work autonomously, develop highly-functioning working relationships, address issues independently, and be very hands-on. Needs to be strong both strategically and tactically.
Must be results oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the ability to deal with rapid change is essential.
High attention to detail, strong project management skills, an aptitude for learning, and ability to multi-task across competing projects and deadlines.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and contributions. Compensation program includes base salary and annual cash incentive bonus.
