Marketing Cloud Administrator

Are you an individual with experience in combining applications, business policies, and system architecture? Do you enjoy taking ownership of initiatives and projects and driving them to completion? You will be reporting to the Salesforce Technical Product Manager on the Global Technology team and will be part of the core team responsible for configuring, designing solutions, and maintaining the enterprise platforms for Specialized. The role will work with business systems analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to build, develop and configure the Marketing Cloud platform. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable wearing many hats and learning on the job! Technical experience, business acumen and strong communication skills are a must.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Collaborate with business systems analyst and products teams to build solutions to meet business challenges and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.

• Analyze technical business requirements to configure, develop and release solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform.

• Manage and update integrations and connectors.

• Research and resolve system errors.

• Develop user facing layouts and UIs.

• Bring your experience and fresh ideas to the table alongside and passionate driven team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Minimum 8 years professional work experience.

• 3+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud for a high growth technology company.

• Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how Global Technology needs to support the Specialized business in achieving revenue and profit goals.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.

• Confidence in debugging and solutioning challenges during complex implementations

• Experience collaborating and managing relationships with other technology teams and business partners.

• Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands.

• Experience with agile methodologies within JIRA and Confluence

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to learn from teammates, analyze past projects and advise Leadership on how our systems can be improved using reusable or new technical solutions.

• Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to quickly synthesize new ideas and concepts

• An ability to gauge your audience and adjust your communication style to work effectively with all types of personalities, to influence others internally and externally.

• Strong facilitation skills with ability to pull diverse groups of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Application specifics)

• Experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud

• Experience with email marketing and campaign automation best practices

• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio Content Builder, Email Studio, etc.

• Experience with CSS, HTML, AMP Script, etc.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud/Salesforce integrations

• Marketing Cloud certifications preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business. judgment. And an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

• You are passionate with an ever positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to continue learning new skills.

• Experience with Change Management to create plans that result in greater acceptance and adoption of new systems and processes.

• You'll be a fun and enthusiastic teammate who enjoys a challenge and celebrates success.

PAY

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

• Colorado Base Pay Range: ($81,000 - 138,000 annual)
• At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
