Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a specialist to join our in-house marketing agency to drive campaign execution across key external marketing channels.

Work you'll do:

  • Develop expertise for a key marketing channel(s); help protect and manage the digital customer experience of that channel(s)

  • Maintain the health and quality of flagship digital marketing channels

  • Help research and refine channel, governance and audience engagement strategies

  • Manage an editorial calendar for Global content that will create a distinctive engagement with clients, talent, and other key audiences

  • Advise Global business stakeholders on best practices to maximize value and effectiveness of the Deloitte Global's external website and social media channels

  • Help foster innovation across the Deloitte network to drive the reach, impact and connectivity through Deloitte.com and social channels through knowledge sharing and communities of practice

  • Collaborate with strategists and creative colleagues to inform data-driven channel strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness

  • Manage key relationships with Global Brand & Communications and Member firm/regional digital marketing and communications stakeholders

  • Document best practices and optimize channel usage

  • Document and share A/B testing results

The team

Deloitte's channel specialists are a part of the Green Dot Agency within Marketing & Communications. We provide value to the U.S. Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 3+ years relevant experience in channel lifecycle management, digital marketing, marketing automation or similar area

  • An understanding of the content lifecycle and curation best practices

  • Familiarity with content management or publishing tools knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua), basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), experience with social media publishing tools (preferably Sprinklr) and/or experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus

  • Solid organizational, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work and achieve results with minimal supervision in an intense, fast-paced, virtual team environment

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Agency experience (Advertising, PR, Marketing or Event) a plus

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel on a limited basis required

Requirements * Solid knowledge of investment industry, investment strategies and concepts, including applicable SEC and FINRA regulatory requirements. * At least 3-5 years of experience in financial services marketing, or a combination of marketing and sales in the institutional business. * A self-starter with the willingness and ability to present new perspectives and approaches to the channel marketing team. * Experience working with sales and distribution professionals a plus. * Bachelor's degree.
