Zendesk is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Intern - LATAM to help fuel a phase of rapid growth for our company. This role is focused on supporting regional campaigns to drive pipeline and create both new and expansion business across Latin American countries for our key segments: Small & Medium Business, Middle-Market and Enterprise.This person will report to the LATAM Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Manager and will be based in So Paulo City or Mexico City (depending on the candidate's location).
Support multi-channel (digital advertising, web, email, field & virtual events, etc.) customer expansion campaigns that meet business growth and revenue goals.
Support campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion flows, and campaign optimization to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales teams on campaign implementation and follow up.
Support the Creation of Outbound Campaigns & Programs to be launched and executed with the Sales teams (across LATAM).
Support launching email journeys according to the different customer journey stages and personas.
Support monitoring all campaign analytics with appropriate reporting on campaign performance.
Fluent or Native in Spanish highly preferable (for non-Portuguese speakers, Portuguese is a plus).
Fluent English skills are mandatory.
Any previous experience in Marketing, Sales, or Administration is a plus.
Analytical & organizational skills with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic.
Any experience with CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment.
Support several projects simultaneously.
Student of Marketing, Administration, Engineering or related areas.
Must be graduating in Dec/2019 or 2020.
