Overview

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is a key member of the Strategy and Growth team, helping to execute and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive revenue for Waters products and solutions within the QA/QC business segment.

Working together with Marketing and Campaign Managers, this role is pivotal in creating campaigns that build a quality lead funnel and nurture prospects for both in-market portfolios and product launches. You will be responsible for the timely execution of all activities, and for implementing best practices to improve the customer journey and campaign results.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns for multiple programs. Using channels such as: organic and paid social, paid search, retargeting, content syndication, email, events & webinars, video marketing, web content.

  • Ensure best practice is applied to all tactics, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for digital channels.

  • Uphold consistency of messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of communications.

  • Coordinate calendars across the marketing mix/multiple programs.

  • Implement tactical marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, digital and social media strategies and plans with external third-party publications.

  • Work effectively with SLAs and shared services; collaborating with content writers, design, social, localization, event, corporate communications, and digital channel teams.

  • Support promotional and marketing programs for trade shows and user meetings.

  • Set up KPI's and metrics reporting related to campaigns and recommend data-driven tactical shifts and new channels or formats.

  • Create and manage projects in Project Management System

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent certification in marketing, communications, or related field of study

  • Minimum 1-3 years B2B marketing experience managing global marketing programs.

  • Demonstrable experience creating and deploying demand-generating campaigns.

  • Strong writing skills for B2B audiences. Copywriting and editing skills should span various formats, including social posts, emails, blogs, application notes, white papers, brochures, programs, promotional materials, website content, newsletters, invitations, and presentations.

  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices and trends.

  • Event management or marketing (live/virtual) a plus.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to engage effectively with multiple teams and effect action.

  • Organized with solid project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Knowledge and use of a variety of MarTech and analytics tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Smartsheet, Google Analytics
