The HP Business Personal Systems (BPS) team within U.S. Commercial Marketing is looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate marketer with great campaign development, management, and execution skills.

This role is perfect for a recent college graduate that wants to start building a great marketing career. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will use your expertise to help plan, create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels for HP Personal Systems with a focus on Verticals. In this role, you will leverage your marketing expertise, organizational and leadership skills to help achieve overarching marketing and demand generation goals. You'll collaborate closely with Campaign Leaders within the marketing team to help develop and execute multiple campaigns designed to generate opportunities that contribute to sales pipeline and revenue objectives for key customer segments. You'll also support key channel partner marketing activities and tactics..

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and development of all marketing activities across multiple campaigns and marketing leaders.

  • Manage the execution of demand generation campaigns and tactics to drive opportunities that contribute to sales pipeline and revenue.

  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across marketing and supporting teams to drive end-to-end program results.

  • Team up with other organizations which contribute to the success of marketing activities (such as Global Marketing, Events, Media, Web, Content/Messaging, etc.).

  • Manage the development and customization of campaign creatives, assets and content.

  • Enable the Services Sales teams with marketing assets and tools to help open doors and develop opportunities.

  • Own the budget for each campaign, working with team leaders to manage funding sources, spend, assist with managing purchase orders, proof of execution, and reporting.

  • Support joint HP and channel partner marketing activities and tactics.

  • Monitor metrics, lead measurement/tracking, and team KPIs.

  • Measure effectiveness of campaign activities/tactics, providing consistent reporting and outlining quantifiable results including opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field - recently graduated - preferably B2B with a technology or software company.

  • Must have the proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously.

  • Project management skills with experience driving deliverables with multiple entities.

  • Understanding of modern digital marketing techniques and technologies. Prefer hands-on experience working with marketing automation and reporting systems.

  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, tactics, and technologies is a plus.

  • Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.

  • Industry, sales, and/or channel experience a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.

  • Team oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills with a positive attitude and passion to learn.

  • Travel up to 25% of the time

Responsible for the timely review and submission of medical claims to insurance companies from a wide variety of providers and clinics. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the financial process from scheduling, billing, and collections. Your Impact * Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner * Take the initiative to obtain missing information to ensure claims are submitted accurately and timely * Knowledge of insurance rules and guidelines; such as, Medicare and Medicaid * Adhere to billing guidelines, policies, and procedures * Identify the proper party to be billed; such as, insurance company or patient * Complete the entire required billing checklists prior to submission * Perform follow up activities to ensure documentation is gathered in a timely manner * Communicate with clinic personnel and insurance companies * Ensure necessary documentation is included or coordinate with appropriate clinic to update records Minimum Qualifications * High school education or equivalent Preferred * Experience in a medical office * Experience with EMR systems (NextGen and/or OnBase) * Spanish speaking * DME/Orthotic knowledge Additional Success Factors * Good customer service and communication skills * Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and verbal directions * Resourceful and flexible team player who excels at building trusting relationships * Working knowledge of HIPAA and other medical insurance regulations and terminology for private payer, state and federal plans including coding, billing and reimbursement protocols * Working knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPC/CPT and other coding * Proficient computer skills including Windows based office technologies (ex.
