The HP Business Personal Systems (BPS) team within U.S. Commercial Marketing is looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate marketer with great campaign development, management, and execution skills.
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will use your expertise to help plan, create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels for HP Personal Systems. In this role, you will leverage your marketing expertise, organizational and leadership skills to help achieve overarching marketing and demand generation goals. You'll collaborate closely with Campaign Leaders within the marketing team to help develop and execute campaigns designed to generate opportunities that contribute to sales pipeline and revenue objectives for key customer segments.
The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of demand creation best practices, strong project management skills, the ability to drive campaign execution, and a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, while managing the expectations of various stakeholders. They will have demonstrated experience in building, delivering, and optimizing outbound campaigns which include (but not limited to) digital/social media, email nurture, events, search, content syndication, direct marketing and asset development.
Assist with the planning and development of all marketing activities across multiple initiatives.
Support the creative development and execution process of campaigns.
Manage the execution of demand generation campaigns and tactics to drive opportunities that contribute to sales pipeline and revenue.
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across marketing and supporting teams to drive end-to-end program results.
Team up with other organizations which contribute to the success of marketing activities (such as Global Marketing, Events, Media, Web, Content/Messaging, etc.).
Manage the development and customization of campaign creatives, assets and content.
Own the budget for each campaign, working with team leaders to manage funding sources, spend, assist with managing purchase orders, proof of execution, and reporting.
Monitor metrics, lead measurement/tracking, and team KPIs.
Measure effectiveness of campaign activities/tactics, providing consistent reporting and outlining quantifiable results including opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
Support channel marketing activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus
5+ years marketing experience, preferably B2B with a technology or software company.
Marketing campaigns or programs management background, preferably in a country or region.
Creative development expertise especially in B2B marketing
Strong experience in digital marketing channels.
Successful history of developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing campaigns (including digital, direct marketing, events, etc.).
Must have the proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously.
Project management skills with experience driving deliverables with multiple entities.
Understanding of modern digital marketing techniques and technologies. Hands-on experience working with marketing automation and reporting systems.
Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, tactics, and technologies is a plus.
Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
Experience in channel marketing is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.
Team oriented, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills with a positive attitude and passion to learn.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
