The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will be part of an experienced global marketing team and will be responsible for marketing automation orchestration, design, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns. This is a critical role in our Marketing organization and is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Marketing campaign calendar, as well as the health and growth of our database.

We are seeking someone who understands marketing campaign objectives, translates requirements into technical execution is great at managing deadlines and is extremely detail oriented. The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will provide insight, creativity, and innovation to accelerate demand generation productivity. The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams including global marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns (emails and landing pages) using our marketing automation system (Marketo).

  • Execute campaign strategy to drive engagement both for our transactional and enterprise (ABM) initiatives

  • Schedule and execute events and webinars

  • Support the day to day management of our marketing automation system (Marketo)

  • Participate in the management and maintenance of the Marketing email and event calendar.

  • Regulate the use of data to ensure prevention of database fatigue

  • Understand target audiences to execute segmentation for outbound communications.

  • Participate in database health and growth initiatives, with a global focus on compliance

  • Gather results for email campaigns and activities and report back on those results

  • Contribute to enhancements or updates to marketing automation platform and configuration

  • Understanding of marketing tech stack pillars such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase

  • Understand bilateral data structures with CRM and marketing automation systems

  • Understand analytics and reporting, and propose areas of optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications, preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience with a marketing automation system (Marketo preferred)

  • Excellent communicator and team player

  • Superb attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies

  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders to drive results

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 83,000 to 115,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
