We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
What you'll do:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, ABM, search & paid retargeting
Create and execute demand gen programs which build and accelerate the pipeline
Work closely with sales, product, and other parts of the marketing organization to continually improve and optimize our tactics
Analyze and share results, trends and insights
Reporting along with marketing analysts track, measure, and provide progress reports. Use key data and reports to uncover trends to aid decision-making.
Manage relationships with agencies and other 3rd parties as needed
Partner closely with entire marketing team especially content & events teams
Ability to think strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, product, operations, or a related field
Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and managing programs that scaled
Experience in hyper-growth environments a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communications
Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders
Experience executing high impact marketing programmes that build demand, increase awareness, and exponentially grow revenue
Executional excellence. Able to consistently deliver on time and on budget
Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
High energy with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
Self-motivated, performance-driven professional
