BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
This is a fast-paced position responsible for developing demand generation strategies and campaigns for the iSolved sales teams. In this role, the successful person will have campaign creation and execution experience, as well as strong, creative copy writing and campaign analytical skills. The candidate must be well versed in Account Based Marketing programs for complex sales and should understand the dynamics of regional field marketing support activities. We are seeking a person who thrives in a high demand environment and who will bring fresh ideas, digital marketing experience and proven organizational skills. In this role, the iSolved marketing manager will work alongside a creative services team, but will need to have strong copy writing abilities and an eye for graphic design. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
Create, plan, implement and report on results of marketing campaigns with the purpose of generating leads and acquiring customers
Provide analytics on digital marketing and prepare strategies to improve results
Work with third party vendor on PPC and retargeting strategies
Analyze, review and implement website SEO strategies with the goal of improving traffic and leads
Create, plan and implement content strategies for lead nurturing and top of the funnel activities
Communicate with sales teams and align demand generation goals with sales leaders
Ensure campaigns maintain the quality of the content and brand voice and identity
Prepare monthly reports for the executive team analyzing demand generation program results
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related field
Previous experience in campaign management, specifically B2B and B2C campaigns
