Job Description

About the role:

You will collaborate and work closely across the marketing team to help organize and create campaigns that will drive meaningful impact across the business. These campaigns will focus on supporting demand gen efforts, thought leadership, product rollouts, and partner activations/success. You will be responsible for copywriting emails, landing pages, ads, and any other short form content needed to support the campaign role out. You'll also be project managing and coordinating the tasks required to get campaigns out to market quickly including getting message approval, coordinating all other stakeholder approvals including leadership sign off, cross functional communications on what's happening and when, maintaining project task tracking, coordinating meetings, and generally keeping the project on task.

You have a passion for organization and understand that campaigns are a team effort and require many tasks to get a campaign off the ground successfully. You're a people person who enjoys collaborating, helping the team stay on track, and can successfully communicate to all parties what's happening and when so everyone can feel successful.

What you will be doing:

  • Writing, editing, coordinating, managing, and communicating progress on multiple campaigns in development

  • Writing and project management, then more writing and project management

  • Build and maintain campaign project plans and oversee the day-to-day task execution

  • Communicate project overviews, progress, expectations, and timelines to key stakeholders in marketing and across the business in writing and verbally

  • Execute kick off calls and be the lead on campaign organization

  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand gen teams on campaign priorities and needs

  • Strategize with cross functional business teams and marketing team to determine best campaign strategy

  • Establish executable timelines across a variety of campaign types and maintain an accurate calendar

  • Work closely with content and serve as back-up editor to assist in editing, proofreading and improve content created by other team members

  • Develop benchmarks, timelines, and mechanisms to measure success

  • Track key campaign metrics to inform learnings and improvements

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably Marketing, Communications, Journalism

  • Superb communication and people skills

  • Exceptional ability to take product and solution messaging and turn it into copy that resonates with the intended audience

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Must be able to quickly establish relationship and trust across stakeholders and collaborators

  • Ability to review/edit content with opinion

  • Able to clearly communicate new ideas and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
