The Marketing Campaign Manager will be an integral part of a team that strives to seamlessly plan and deliver marketing campaigns that support organizational goals. This person will apply analytics and insights to drive continual optimization of campaign responses, and have fun along the way!
You'll be the right fit if you're a collaborative, detail-oriented, strategic thinker with experience in developing cross-channel campaign strategy, defining target audiences, executing email/direct mail tactics, and analyzing cross-channel performance.
Lead data-driven processes from campaign planning to delivery to reporting across assigned business units
Execute targeted, email/direct mail marketing campaigns utilizing Adobe Campaign Management system to drive efficient campaign production and performance
Be the subject matter expert on assigned products/services and primary liaison between marketing and the respective business partners
Gather campaign inputs from business stakeholders to complete detailed creative briefs and identify target audiences
Partner with internal marketing teams to develop integrated, engaging strategies that ensure marketing objectives are strategically aligned throughout the member journey
Analyze, summarize and communicate cross-channel campaign results to drive better response rates for future campaigns
Coordinate with marketing teams and external vendors for targeting, creative development and print fulfillment
Deliver campaign projects on-time and within budget
Bachelor's degree with preferred emphasis in marketing, business administration/management, analytics or similar field
3+ years of campaign (including email) management experience
1+ years using Adobe Campaign Manager or similar system
Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services, including financial reporting
Demonstrated analytical skills (including performance and ROI)
A basic understanding of Marketing concepts and behavior-based analytics
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. WorkZone)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
SQL, data warehouse and HTML coding knowledge is a plus
Experience using analytics or web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sitecore) is a plus
