We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Development & Intelligence team for the Benelux & France as soon as possible.

You will lead strategic projects vital to the growth of HelloFresh. Typical examples are introducing HelloFresh in new markets and testing the effectiveness of new marketing channels. You will directly support the CMO and marketing team by performing market research and analyzing customer behavior using big data.
You are eager to develop yourself and the people around you by actively looking for and sharing feedback. You are opportunity driven and always look for chances to improve HelloFresh as a company. You like to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously adapt to new business challenges. You will report to the Head of Business Development and Intelligence and work closely with colleagues in Amsterdam, but also with colleagues in our International Headquarters in Berlin. Who are you?
You have a University Master degree and 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment, including data and market research experience;
You have strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts and to share those results with stakeholders in a clear and efficient manner;
You are a natural leader and are able to intrinsically motivate others in the importance and benefits of market research and customer centricity;
You have a strong business sense, are flexible and have an entrepreneurial mindset;
You are very proactive, result driven and willing to go the extra mile;
You have strong project management skills, the ability to manage conflicting priorities, juggle projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines;
You have much experience with Excel and PowerPoint, (basic) knowledge of tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python is a strong plus;
You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch or French, both written and spoken.
