The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Marketing Budget Analyst to join our Marketing team at the Kennedy Space Center in Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The Marketing Budget Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and executing all sales and marketing budget needs.

$20.00 - $24.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all core business function financial analysis activities including budget management and planning.

• Create and receive purchase orders.

• Perform budget forecasting, accruals, and give regular updates to the sales and marketing leaders.

• Work closely with the marketing leaders on their budget plans and forecasts.

• Work on ad-hoc budget reporting.

• Other responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida Drivers License.

• Bachelor's degree or in process of obtaining degree in marketing or finance preferred.

• Must have previous related experience.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Telephone skills and email etiquette.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, day and evenings, including weekends.

• Must be available to work holidays.

• Self-motivated and can work with little direct supervision.

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office; such as Microsoft Excel.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time in an office setting.

• Must be able to work outside in various Florida climates, as necessary.
