What you'll do:

LifeFuels is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to drive the strategy and tactics for our fast-scaling email channel as well as other automation tactics. You will develop and execute the strategy for all LifeFuels email marketing activities including designing and managing email marketing campaigns, and email personalization, testing, and measurement. You will be our primary in-house email expert in a highly cross-functional role, contributing to LifeFuelss growth and helping us provide a high-quality experience for our prospects and customers.

  • Manage the LifeFuels email campaigns and communicate company brands through email marketing
  • Analyze current email marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise sales
  • Carry out segmentation of the database and implement remarketing strategies
  • A/B testing on various email campaigns
  • Track and report email campaigns in order to guide improvements
  • Report to the Director of Digital Marketing on revenue generated through email marketing campaigns and other KPIs
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices in the industry as well as brand guidelines
  • Develop a clear CRM strategy. Define data capture routes and strategy across all available audience/customer touch points; website, tablet, mobile, ensuring data is effectively fed into CRM program

Requirements

About you:

  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience implementing effective CRM (preferably HubSpot) strategies in a consumer-focused digital business environment
  • Experience working for an e-commerce organization
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of business from strategy through execution and reporting
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
