What You'll Do Here:
Hands-on marketing automation specialist to assist and enhance our Eloqua campaign program. The person will help in design and execution of marketing campaigns and processes within the marketing automation platform and will be a key resource for campaign managers and the marketing organization.
This role will report to the Creative Director who oversees the strategy and execution of all campaigns. Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, email builds, dynamic content development, campaign canvas setup, segmentation and data/activity triggered events. In addition, the marketing automation specialist will be responsible for the integration of Eloqua with Magellan where appropriate, marketing attribution reporting, coding language, raw data, and raw data analysis.
The goal is to deliver high quality email marketing programs, help increase speed / agility throughout our overall campaigns processes, bring value to campaign reporting and tracking, support sales lead generation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, manage and execute high quality digital marketing campaigns; create emails, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua
Contribute to the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring programs
Assist in the maintenance of the marketing automation platform including scoring, multi-touch drip, nurture and emails, profiling, segmentation, and workflows
Analyze and create database segmentation and distribution lists for campaigns
Reinforce and support marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting
Help minimize list fatigue and opt-outs to improve email deliverability
Ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables
Skills You Will Need Here:
College degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
2+ years' experience in high-tech B2B campaign execution and/or operations, integrated marketing and demand generation
1+ years' experience using a Marketing Automation Platform
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors, and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Ability to think logically and critically when troubleshooting along with a desire to grow your technical and strategic skill set
Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
