We want to broadcast that consumer message loud and clear to our clients, and in order to do that we must first amplify our own message. That's where our marketing team comes in, and the Marketing Automation Analyst plays a crucial role. In this position you will refine processes, and leverage technology to enable our marketing team to consistently deliver a high-quality marketing mix at scale in a SaaS environment. It's all about efficient execution, automation, problem solving and maximizing our return-on-investment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketo administration including day-to-day execution and break/fix problem solving

  • Be the subject matter expert on multi-channel campaign creation and execution

  • Testing and deployment of marketing campaigns holistically

  • Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure campaigns are deployed on time and partner with the team to create scalable communication processes for the group to utilize

  • Optimize Marketing Activities and Design Studio set up within Marketo and champion best practices and organizational efficiencies within the tool

  • Database management including regular data cleansing activities

  • Stay abreast of Marketo product releases and integrations

  • Assist with the transition to Sky

  • Continuous improvement of Salesforce integration

  • Lead Scoring maintenance and global support

  • Maintain regular Marketo reporting activities and surface actionable insights to the team

  • Support the roll-out of Full Circle Insights and updated Marketo templates and infrastructure

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of Marketo administration experience, preferably as a full system administrator

  • 1-2 year of Salesforce experience

  • Proven history of marketing database management, marketing campaign execution and strong business prioritization skill

  • Demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships throughout the organization as an authority on Marketing Operations

  • Keen eye for troubleshooting and ability to problem solve

  • Strong internal collaboration skills

United Heritage Credit Union (UHCU) is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist. Our ideal candidate for this position is a passionate and driven marketing automation/email marketing expert to take UHCU's marketing technology to the next level. The Marketing Automation Specialist will own UHCU's marketing automation execution and work closely with stakeholders to boost the Digital & Brand Experience department. Our small but mighty department is highly collaborative, ambitious and innovative. We're a six-year-old start-up situated in a company that's been around for 60 years. In this role, you'll get to: * Work daily in our marketing automation platform to build and maintain email campaigns. * Improve our marketing automation program by actively exploring and implementing new emails, concepts, and technologies to optimize for business objectives. * Measure and analyze communication effectiveness through A/B testing. * Work with our engineering team to scope data requirements and fix data integrity issues within our marketing automation system. * Operate cross-functionally to assist other teams with email needs, including batch sends and new email nurture flows. * Assist with website management and updates, landing page creation, SEO management and other website projects as needed. * Gain understanding of core systems and member information in order to manage and optimize data imports. * Assist with other tasks within the department as needed. The Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. * 2+ year's digital marketing experience. * Marketing automation experience with systems such as, but not limited to, Marketo, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Eloqua. * Understanding of digital marketing strategies and the customer journey. * Understanding of marketing operations, specifically building requirements for list segmentation, workflows and triggered emails. * Highly analytical and able to derive meaning & results from data. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an eye for design. * Ability to work cross-functionally to push projects and initiatives forward. * Solid organizational and time management skills. * Detail oriented, organized and a good team player You might excel in this role if you have: * Working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Oracle, HubSpot, or other CRM system. * Certifications in a Marketing Automation or CRM system. * Website management experience via content management system. * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. * SEO and/or SEM experience. * Social media management experience.
