  • Analyze and identify actions and insights to drive improved performance for future campaigns

  • Provide on-site event support at key annual events, as needed

  • Operate as the point person for all incoming/outgoing communication to the marketing team

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

  • 2-3 years of related work experience in marketing, ideally in B2B membership or professional services, and / or a high-growth startup environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills

  • Process and detail-oriented, and sticks to deadlines to hit objectives on time

  • Analytical and data-driven, but must have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking ideas

  • Creative experience: briefing, critiquing, inspiring, or maybe even being a direct member of the in-house team

  • Campaign experience: concepting, building, owning, measuring, and learning from campaigns across online and offline channels

  • Proficient in PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud (Illustrator and InDesign) a plus

  • Self-motivated with positive energy

  • Resourceful and able to work independently to solve problems
