G100 Network Marketing Associate
As the Marketing Associate at G100 Network, you'll help create, organize and drive initiatives and campaigns to the finish line that drive awareness for our programs, engage our members, and generate new leads.
You are eager to dive in, wear multiple hats, and bring new ideas to the table. This is a key role in the Marketing department, acting as a central touchpoint between the business development, content, and programming teams. You like being the "go-to person" for all things.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is outgoing and loves creating and owning the process (and isn't afraid to ensure it's followed!), always keeping everyone in the loop and driving to meet deadlines.
Coordinate timely execution, management, and reporting of all seasonal marketing campaigns across email, social media, and the website
Help compose, design, and build creative assets (online brochures, one-pagers, and ePackets, landing pages, videos, banners, emails) that effectively tell our story and communicate our program offerings; manage freelance and vendor relationships as needed
Manage our marketing systems, tools and cross-functional processes (Pardot, Mailchimp, and our website CMS)
Update and maintain digital marketing collateral on an ongoing basis, including current program details, value proposition and event dates, and ensure online file server stays organized
Handle purchase orders, invoices and cost management administration in relation to marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain clear dashboards/reports that summarize the performance of marketing campaigns across pre-determined KPIs/metrics
Analyze and identify actions and insights to drive improved performance for future campaigns
Provide on-site event support at key annual events, as needed
Operate as the point person for all incoming/outgoing communication to the marketing team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
2-3 years of related work experience in marketing, ideally in B2B membership or professional services, and / or a high-growth startup environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
Process and detail-oriented, and sticks to deadlines to hit objectives on time
Analytical and data-driven, but must have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking ideas
Creative experience: briefing, critiquing, inspiring, or maybe even being a direct member of the in-house team
Campaign experience: concepting, building, owning, measuring, and learning from campaigns across online and offline channels
Proficient in PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud (Illustrator and InDesign) a plus
Self-motivated with positive energy
Resourceful and able to work independently to solve problems
