Responsible for collaborating with the Wholesale Marketing Team to drive performance marketing growth for every part of the partner acquisition and retention journeys.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Assists in the creation of the wholesale roadmap for new partner acquisition and retention and manage campaigns that drive partner sign-ups and increase loan volume.

  • Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, print, and digital campaigns as a part of our growth strategy.

  • Works closely with marketing, wholesale sales, cross-functional teams, and company SMEs to curate content and imagery for B2B newsletters, Account Executive emails, and other communications.

  • Creates, posts, and tracks scheduled content on web, partner portal, and wholesale social media channels. Reply to post comments and direct messages received on social channels.

  • Creates and owns our annual editorial, campaign, and event calendar for various media platforms and outlets ensuring visibility of active projects and deadlines.

  • Reviews and researches previous successful and unsuccessful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.

  • Defines, communicates, monitors, and enforces adherence to legal and regulatory standards and internal policies.

  • Remains abreast of marketing trends, policies competitive landscape, and changes to legal and regulatory requirements to implement changes.

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, standards of conduct, ethics, competitive landscape, and related policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - FIELD(S)/PROFESSION(S)

Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum two years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and campaign management. Specific experience in financial services or lending space is a plus.

  • Experience creating and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

  • Highly analytical and agile thinker with the ability to test and learn while remaining persistent, resourceful, and creative.

  • Ability to create captivating content that conveys our company and products as industry leaders and innovators.

  • Competent in Photoshop, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Pardot.

  • Knowledge of industry advertising and social media guidelines, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.

  • Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • End-to-end project management expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management software tools.

COMPENSATION

The base salary range for this position is ($60,000 - $80,000), inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
