The Team

Our marketing team is innovative and nimble, focused on delivering new product to market while simultaneously helping drive revenue for flagship products. We utilize a mix of innovative and proven marketing methods to continuously improve KPIs. We also place great worth on client relationships and building partnerships after initial product launch to deliver unparalleled visibility for our partners.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing on a number of marketing campaigns for internal stakeholders and external clients for Nasdaq Data Products (Americas). The role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will use a variety of modern marketing practices, including direct email marketing and automation, SEO/ Google Ads, digital marketing and other tactics to drive engagement with our core audiences. Must embrace working in a fast-paced company with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing manager in creation and execution of campaigns for various audience segments and stages of the sales funnel

  • Look for ways to organically grow prospect lists and reach new audiences

  • Measure results and optimize campaigns to convert leads into customers

  • Think strategically to reach and engage prospects and develop creative ideas to meet individual client needs

  • Consistently align and coordinate with product and sales teams

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field

  • 2+ years of marketing experience

  • Understanding of marketing automation, digital marketing strategies, ABM and SEM

  • Experience with analyzing data to optimize performance and conversions

  • Excellent writer and communicator

  • Ability to work multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Team player who can also manage his/her own projects with little supervision
