The Marketing Associate will assist and collaborate with the downstream marketing group and the sales team. This will include administrative functions, project management, event support, management of several marketing platforms, and various other duties as listed below. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and is a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days remote).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Downstream Marketing Coordination
Coordinate the internal document and promotional material review process + submit documents to the quality management system (QCBD) and manage the approval process as assigned
Contribute to the content creation and design of marketing collateral, including digital assets, event invitations, PowerPoint decks, etc.
Manage marketing content portal ensuring proper inventory levels
Digital Marketing / Marketing Platforms
Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and manage webinar logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring content alignment with marketing objectives.
Assist/Manage marketing platforms and reporting analytics for:
Content Management System
Customer Relationship Management System
Continuously update and leverage CRM features for enhancing marketing strategies.
Website
Oversee website maintenance, ensuring content is current and accurately reflects Nalu's offerings and news.
Regularly update the site with new press releases, event announcements and company news to keep stakeholders informed.
Collaborate with Nalu Subject Matter Experts to create and publish new content pages that highlight Nalu's innovations and insights in the field.
Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives against defined KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Assist with occasional marketing event planning needs including shipping of promotion materials, managing attendee agendas, supporting tradeshow booth, and providing onsite event support.
Support physician training meetings and labs as assigned
Assist in setting up and supporting sales training meetings
Assist in updating IFU's as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written & communication skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite & Adobe Illustrator to support basic graphic design needs
Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms such as Survey Monkey, Hubspot or their equivalents
Experience with successfully handling multiple projects with varied timelines
Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
