Job Description:

As Marketing Associate at ITO EN, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns to promote our beverage products across various platforms. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive qualified traffic, maximize conversion rates, and achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social media, and sponsored content, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budget constraints.

  • Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising teams at Amazon, Walmart, Google, and Meta.

  • Collaborate with Internal Team: Work closely with the internal sales team to understand their goals. Provide support in developing tailored PPC advertising campaigns that align with sales objectives. Assist Marketing Manager in implementing and executing additional marketing initiatives, such as email marketing and influencer management. Foster open communication between marketing and sales teams to drive synergy and maximize overall business performance.Top of Form

  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and implement optimization strategies to improve results. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms, negative keywords, and opportunities for expansion, ensuring maximum visibility and relevance for target audiences.

  • Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences, align with brand messaging, and drive engagement and conversions.

  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve maximum ROI and ensure cost-efficient campaign delivery.

  • Creative Development: Work closely with internal creative teams or external agencies to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Sales Assets Development and Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and assets, including presentations, product sheets, promotional materials, and banner ads.

  • Email Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.

  • Tradeshow Management: Take an active role in planning and executing tradeshow events, including booth setup, logistics coordination, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.

  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in PPC advertising, marketing, or digital media roles, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies, including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred.

  • Experience with e-commerce, CRM, and lead generation is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
