Brief Overview:

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of health plan and employer clients. In addition, you'll collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to help our clients reach and exceed their marketing goals. The Marketing Associate has an opportunity to work with national employer and health plan brands, and become a subject matter expert in consumer marketing for digital health.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple clients

  • Participate in regular client meetings via video conference

  • Manage execution of direct mail campaigns alongside internal team and third-party vendors, ensuring all creative matches clients' unique brand voice

  • Compile reports that illustrate campaign performance and draw actionable insights to share with clients

  • Develop slides and other collateral for client and internal presentations

  • Collaborate with internal teams on client campaigns to gain an understanding of telehealth marketing strategies, value drivers, and personas.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience

  • Experience with marketing technologies a plus (automation, tracking and analytics, etc.)

  • Command of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Ability to work individually as well as with a broad team of people to achieve an end goal.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and self-sufficiently and while working with remote team members and remote cross function teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift frequently

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally with a concentration in marketing, communications or business

Job Description OBJECTIVES: The TAK-007 Site Engagement Catalyst will lead site engagement strategy and manage its execution for Takeda's leading cell therapy project, TAK-007, supporting clinical strategy defined in Clinical Development Plan.. In close collaboration with the TAK-007 Global Project Leader, Clinical Operations Leader, and other key functions, the Site Engagement Catalyst will: * Set new precedents for high-touch site engagement for cell therapy trials * Establish a reliable clinical development network and strong links to innovation centers * Identify novel ways to drive rapid recruitment of trials Furthermore, the role will engage with the broader Study Site Engagement community within Global Development Support and participate in global initiatives representing Development Operations in support of Takeda R&D objectives. ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Strengthens existing cell therapy site relationships and develops strategies for establishing and maintaining new relationships * Collaborates with the TAK-007 Clinical Operations Leader, Global Project Leader, key functions within the Global Project Team, the Patient Recruitment and Retention function within Global Development Support and other key internal stakeholders to define enrollment strategy for TAK-007, including risk management and contingency planning for clinical studies * Works closely with clinical sites, key internal stakeholders, and vendors to oversee enrollment critical path activities and ensure adherence to timelines * Serves as the point person, both internally and externally, for all site engagement-related activities and queries * Ensures process and work product is compliant with global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research, including but not limited to US CFR, EU CTD, local country requirements and ICH GCP * Proactively identifies project risks before they arise and develops contingency plans; escalates issues related to quality and timelines and provides recommendations to upper management for resolution * Participates in initiatives for process, technology, or other continuous improvement to achieve cost-reduction, time-savings, efficiency, quality and/or other business objectives * Maintains current cell therapy landscape knowledge and continually assesses impact of new and evolving information on operational strategies * Acts as a role model for Takeda's values EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Education: * Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required, Life Sciences preferred; advanced degree highly preferred Required: * 6+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organization, including 4+ years clinical study management * Experience must include either early phase clinical studies or Phase 2 and 3 studies and global/international studies or programs. Oncology and/or cell therapy experience preferred * Strong knowledge of clinical study reporting requirements * Solid understanding of clinical trial documents (protocols, statistical analysis plans, CRFs, study reports) and processes * Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, laboratory reference ranges, clinical diagnostic procedures, anatomy/physiology and nature of disease processes * Knowledge in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research, including but not limited to US CFR, EU CTD, and ICH GCP.
