Contribute as a member of the marketing team in the execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to fuel rapid growth. Core responsibilities are working with cross functional teams to assist in driving a successful product launch. This will entail support of portfolio management, positioning, competitive analysis, advertising, maintaining and establishing relationships with leading physicians, market research, publications, as well as aid in the development and execution of educational initiatives and support activities of the sales force.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the execution of comprehensive strategic marketing plan
Work with sales, marketing and product teams to assist in the development and refinement of positioning for current and future products
Work with cross functional teams to manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion through various channels that will encompass product and customer focused initiatives
Work with the marketing team to manage and assess participation at key trade shows and congresses using speakers, focus groups, invitations, mailers, door drops, graphics, etc.
Attend conferences, clinical meetings and seminars
Contribute to product launches by managing promotional and advertising strategies and vendor relationships
Support the podium presence at key clinical congresses
Monitor and maintain company-wide communication regarding influential third party publications
Establish and continue building valuable relationships with physicians, clinical champions and thought leaders in the field
Monitor and communicate competitive activities
Handle all Labeling and Promotional material (advertising, marketing literature, etc) per the company's Quality System procedures.
Forward all communications regarding any written, electronic or oral communication that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a device after it is released for distribution as a Product Complaint to QA per the quality system and the ISO/FDA regulations.
Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the quality system and products, visibly and actively, on a continuing basis.
Responsible for knowing, understanding the Quality Policy, Quality Manual and the applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
Other duties as assigned
BS/BA or degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
A minimum of two to five years of experience in a marketing function
A background in medical devices and/or in Aesthetic sales models is highly preferred
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Delivers results with multiple and complex projects
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential
Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills

Approximate travel of 10%
