We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support all cross-channel vendor/promotional marketing efforts by working collaboratively with merchandising, digital and creative teams to develop national marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with senior management, cross-functional teams, and vendor partners to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
Create and manage communication of all National Event programs details to vendor partners and store teams.
Manage timelines and resources for all vendor sampling and event support for Bluemercury National Marketing Programs
Own end-to-end delivery of the store banner program including timelines, resources, forecasting, contracts, execution of store contests, approvals and analysis of program effectiveness
Own end-to-end delivery of top client mailing program including timelines, resources, forecasting, contracts, approvals and analysis of program effectiveness
Own end-to-end delivery of the marketing GWP bag program including securing vendor participation, managing timelines (sourcing, vendor management, store distribution) and analyze program effectiveness
Maintain proactive communication across multiple cross functional teams both internal and external
Education and Experience:
2+ years work experience, preferably in marketing or project management
Project management skills and attention to detail with exceptional follow-through
Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written communication and verbal presentation skills
Team player with ability to collaborate across multiple teams and partners
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
