Success as a Marketing Assistant entails being proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and communication skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools, you would contribute creative ideas and adapt quickly to changing priorities, playing a pivotal role in campaign success.

This is a full-time, on-site position, with a schedule of Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4PM.

Responsibilities of the Marking Assistant:

  • Helping to create email marketing content in line with campaign calendar.
  • Post on certain platforms when special cases arrive (birthdays, anniversaries, company events, etc.)
  • Post promotional content to other sites like Google My Business & Yelp.
  • Monthly targets / Quarterly 100-day plans.
  • ColorCode wall, and building technician handouts.
  • Month end reporting assistance.
  • Assist with training prep by printing materials and maintaining calendars.
  • Running weekly virtual trainings.
  • Communicating with graphic designers on revisions and new projects.
  • Assisting digital marketing partners as needed (ex: pull reports, send logos, give feedback on landing pages, etc.)
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings with various vendors.
  • Working closely with direct mail vendors and supporting this process.

Requirements for the Marketing Assistant:

  • Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Project Management is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Google Suite or Marketing Pro are highly preferred.
  • Service Titan experience a plus!
  • Driven and highly organized.
  • Quick Learner and coachable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually.
  • Assisting in cultivating a positive work environment.
