Walsh is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant for the Marketing Department in Chicago, IL.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be on the front lines of this endeavor, helping to secure the new business projects. Assists in the production of proposals, qualifications and presentations
Prepares annual prequalification packages for various departments
Edits, prints, and produces brochures
Assists with marketing-related requests from other departments or operations offices
Places orders for supplies including paper, stationary, apparel, binders, tabs, etc
Codes and processes all invoices and expenses
Maintains inventory of office supplies and manage maintenance of printers
Assists with promotional item distribution
Assists with the planning of meetings (reserve space, order lunches, assemble documents)
Maintains Walsh stationary store (business cards, letterhead, etc.)
Books travel for Managers/Executives
May perform other administrative duties in support of the Marketing & Communications department
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, English or a related field
1-3 years of working experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
0-2 years of proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong attention to detail and high ability to prioritize
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
