Job Description

S. W. Collins company is looking for a full-time marketing assistant to join our team! The applicant must be detail oriented, proficient in basic computer applications, and able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email and teams. Our marketing team is small, but mighty. The specific responsibilities of this role are flexible to meet the interests and skills of the individual as well as the needs of the company.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with company events for employees, customers, and vendors

• Photo and video collection in store and at company events

• Manage Google, Yelp, and Bing business listings

• Create and update content for digital signs across locations

• Create sales flyers for online and print distribution

• Collaborate with vendors on marketing efforts

• Research ideas and sources for company branded promotional materials

• Coordinate employee clothing purchases

• Assist with planning and participating in local career fairs and other events

• Assist marketing manager with tasks and projects as needed

• Answer customer phone calls
