Marketing Assistant

SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) is a full-service consulting engineering firm based in downtown Manhattan providing services in civil, structural, transportation engineering, bridge & facility inspection, construction management & inspection and lighting design. We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.SI Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant based in our Downtown New York office. We are seeking a candidate to work with firm principals to manage proposals, and other marketing efforts. Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Updating marketing materials
• Developing new marketing materials, typically utilizing Adobe InDesign
• Assisting in developing proposals and responses to solicitations that highlight our firm's expertise and strategic approach
• Compilation of materials required for proposals, including coordination between parties
• Creating original content for the proposal including cover letters, summaries, and developing exceptional graphics
• Reviewing and editing marketing materials, resumes, and proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and computer skills
• Strong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft office skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple pursuits and/or tasks
• Ability to manage deadlines with ease

Expected salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
