SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for on-going positions for different MARKETING ASSISTANT roles within the Lehigh Valley area. This MARKETING ASSISTANT position would support the company's sales team by coordinating all administrative aspects of customer purchases and provide customer support.

This MARKETING ASSISTANT position is temporary to full-time with great long-term opportunities to build onto your experience! REQUIREMENTS Entry-level Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred Bachelor's degree is preferred Demonstrated analytical and organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and to maintain good client relationships Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite

Supports sponsorship partnerships. Supports the patient volume work of the outpatient rehabilitation referral sources – taking primary responsibility for community and physician education functions as assigned. Handles administrative inventory and ordering of collateral and giveaways for Marketing/Communication Department. ESSENTIAL RESULTS & COMPETENCIES: 1. SERVES AS COMMUNITY RELATIONS LIAISON * With direction from Marketing & Communications leadership, marketing representatives, outpatient managers and other clinical functions. * By seeking and coordinating participation in talks, presentations, health fairs, screenings, special events, etc. * By preparing materials and coordinating the logistics for each community event. * By manning events as needed (including evenings and weekends). * By tracking and reporting on community events. 2. PROVIDES EXTERNAL MARKETING SUPPORT * By planning open houses and screenings for the outpatient sites in coordination with the site manager and other marketing representatives. * By managing requests from employees for displays, giveaways and hand-outs for events, fairs, etc. * By overseeing the ordering and inventory of giveaway and display items on the intranet site (ShepNet). * By handling inventory and distribution of Marketing & Communications collateral materials. * By overseeing the Marketplace (giveaway ordering) on ShepNet. * By planning and facilitating physician education events. 3. PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR MARKETING SPONSONSIPS * With direction from the Director, Marketing & Communications and, as needed, in collaboration with Development team * By implementing elements of sponsorship * By coordinating key elements of Good Shepherd's large sponsorships (i.e. IronPigs sponsorship) * By communicating with key members of sponsorship organizations.. * By attending events that are sponsored by GSRN * By coordinating all sponsorship program book ads 4. SERVES AS PHYSICIAN/REFERRAL LIAISON * With direction from Marketing & Community management and Outpatient Division management. * By calling and scheduling appointments with physicians and other referral sources. * By researching referral patterns to Good Shepherd and developing plans to reach out to new referral sources. * By researching referral patterns to Good Shepherd and developing plans to reach out to new referral sources. * By coordinating with all the OP marketing/liaisons on outreach to physician referral sources. * By working with appropriate software to track visits and referral trends. By running reports as needed/requested. * By managing physician education events. 5. COORDINATES MARKETING OUTREACH FOR OUTPATIENT SITE MANAGERS * By meeting regularly with site managers to discuss business trends and needs. * By using software to review referral patterns and trends with site managers. * By working with the Marketing & Communications creative team to develop and update collateral, giveaways, posters, banners, signage, etc. * By seeking out opportunities to promote sites in each community. 6. PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT * By handling phone calls, photocopying and other office support, as needed. * By coordinating the flow of materials between vendors and departments. * By maintaining a project status document to track and prioritize work. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field required. Minimum Experience Requirements: Three to five years of experience required. Previous experience in a community relations or marketing role; understanding of community organizations and health-care organizations preferred. Travel required. Local and regional travel throughout the Lehigh Valley, Upper Bucks, Berks and lower Carbon counties and Pocono area. Travel time will fluctuate but could range from 10% to 50% of the job. Reliable personal transportation is required.
