Full Time Location: Jersey City Compensation: $48,000 - $62,000 / year Description We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects while providing essential support to the marketing department. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and events. Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences. Prepare and distribute promotional content, including brochures and presentations. Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Maintain organized records of marketing materials and activities. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
