The Enclave Marketing Assistants role is to support agents of the Enclave team in many areas of their day-to-day business and be a key support in helping market and grow the Enclave Team. This role will work with the Marketing Director to help manage and implement projects and events along with assisting with social media management and implementing marketing tactics. We are located in Rochester, MN and Savage, MN and offer a hybrid remote opportunity.

  • Help with agent event planning, organization, and execution
  • Manage new agent onboarding including biography writing and announcement campaigns
  • Internal print creation for various team meetings and events
  • Posting on social media platforms promoting current homes for sale and open houses
  • Work with Marketing Director to develop and manage all advertising and marketing plans for all listings
  • Management of client reviews
  • Assist with Recruitment and Attraction
  • Perform PR duties on behalf of the team
  • Continuously improve the processes and experience for clients as needed
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project management abilities

  • Ability to prioritize and manage interruptions
  • Adaptable
  • Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Squarespace preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in Real Estate or in a Marketing Assistant setting preferred but not required

Benefits

Pay is based on education and previous experience with a range of $22-$25/per hour with growth opportunities. Potential for Hybrid working environment: 2 days per week in office and 3 days working remote. We have locations in Rochester, MN and Savage, MN.

As a member of Ovative's Paid Media team with a focus on Affiliate &amp; Influencer, you'll concentrate on delivering marketing results for the Affiliate &amp; Influencer channels while leveraging best in class measurement solutions across clients.</p><p>As an Analyst of Affiliate &amp; Influencer Team, you'll learn how to lead strategy and manage execution of Affiliate Marketing &amp; Influencer campaigns. You'll be expected to learn and contribute to Ovative's differentiated approach to Affiliate &amp; Influencer marketing, stay abreast of Affiliate &amp; Influencer Marketing trends, publishers, creators, and platform tools and to leverage them to help deliver client success. In addition, you are encouraged to streamline internal processes, drive projects that push the channel &amp; O/g forward, tell clear, concise stories leveraging a multitude of differing data sources.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Cross-functional strategy &amp; thought leadership:</p></li><li><p>Act as a subject matter expert for Affiliate &amp; Influencer strategies by continually evolving Ovative's approach to best practices, vetting and partnering with new technology companies, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends</p></li><li><p>Develop and drive forward multi-channel digital media strategies and roadmaps aligned with client program growth goals</p></li><li><p>Understand and find synergies across digital channels within the client mix in partnership with other team members</p></li><li><p>Performance media management &amp; execution:</p></li><li><p>Build Affiliate &amp; Influencer strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution</p></li><li><p>Lead day to day management and optimization of marketing campaigns with exceptional execution</p></li><li><p>Program and campaign planning, strategy and plan documentation</p></li><li><p>Clearly defined objectives, tactics and metrics</p></li><li><p>Custom analysis, reporting and insights</p></li><li><p>Publisher &amp; influencer agreements, billings, transaction inquiries and compliance</p></li><li><p>Client communication regarding all elements of affiliate &amp; influencer programs</p></li><li><p>Partner with our in-house measurement team to develop industry-leading measurement capabilities</p></li><li><p>Create proactive communications and POVs for internal teams and clients regarding Affiliate &amp; Influencer opportunities and other digital media topics</p></li><li><p>Vet and partner with new publishers, develop relationships with existing publishers, and manage planning and execution for your clients. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact.
