The Enclave Marketing Assistants role is to support agents of the Enclave team in many areas of their day-to-day business and be a key support in helping market and grow the Enclave Team. This role will work with the Marketing Director to help manage and implement projects and events along with assisting with social media management and implementing marketing tactics. We are located in Rochester, MN and Savage, MN and offer a hybrid remote opportunity.

  • Help with agent event planning, organization, and execution
  • Manage new agent onboarding including biography writing and announcement campaigns
  • Internal print creation for various team meetings and events
  • Posting on social media platforms promoting current homes for sale and open houses
  • Work with Marketing Director to develop and manage all advertising and marketing plans for all listings
  • Management of client reviews
  • Assist with Recruitment and Attraction
  • Perform PR duties on behalf of the team
  • Continuously improve the processes and experience for clients as needed
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Adaptable
  • Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Squarespace preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in Real Estate or in a Marketing Assistant setting preferred but not required

Benefits

Pay is based on education and previous experience with a range of $22-$25/per hour with growth opportunities. Potential for Hybrid working environment: 2 days per week in office and 3 days working remote. We have locations in Rochester, MN and Savage, MN.
