The Enclave Marketing Assistants role is to support agents of the Enclave team in many areas of their day-to-day business and be a key support in helping market and grow the Enclave Team. This role will work with the Marketing Director to help manage and implement projects and events along with assisting with social media management and implementing marketing tactics. We are located in Rochester, MN and Savage, MN and offer a hybrid remote opportunity.

  • Help with agent event planning, organization, and execution
  • Manage new agent onboarding including biography writing and announcement campaigns
  • Internal print creation for various team meetings and events
  • Posting on social media platforms promoting current homes for sale and open houses
  • Work with Marketing Director to develop and manage all advertising and marketing plans for all listings
  • Management of client reviews
  • Assist with Recruitment and Attraction
  • Perform PR duties on behalf of the team
  • Continuously improve the processes and experience for clients as needed
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned

  • Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Squarespace preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in Real Estate or in a Marketing Assistant setting preferred but not required


Pay is based on education and previous experience with a range of $22-$25/per hour with growth opportunities. Potential for Hybrid working environment: 2 days per week in office and 3 days working remote. We have locations in Rochester, MN and Savage, MN.

Sales Support serves a critical role in the effective operations of the Midwest Sales and Distribution team, which represents $775m in written premium across fourteen. This individual will provide administrative support to the Regional Vice President for the Midwest, as well as approximately seventeen sales employees across thirteen states. The Midwest Region provides a dynamic and energetic work environment and this position touches multiples aspects of Personal Risk Services.</p><p>Applicants should have a minimum of five years in a corporate environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The successful candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced business environment and can anticipate the needs of the Regional Vice President and Sales Team. The individual will be required to build strong relationships with our internal and external customers.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Provide administrative support to the Regional Vice President through managing schedules, arranging travel, expense processing and providing necessary reports for meetings.</p></li><li><p>Anticipate support needs of the Sales &amp; Distribution team in the Midwest region. Activities could include (but are not limited to) ordering marketing supplies as needed, scheduling Webex meetings, managing branch underwriting assignment lists, and providing on demand support to PRS agents.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and distribute monthly results to designated agents as requested by the sales team.</p></li><li><p>Maintain agency contact information.</p></li><li><p>Ability to learn, utilize and demonstrate proficiency at multiple Chubb management reporting systems, as well as Salesforce.</p></li><li><p>Manage regional agent assignments and opportunity reporting in Salesforce.</p></li><li><p>Prepare/create presentations, reports, letters, announcements, exhibits, etc. in a clear and concise manner with minimal editing required by the Sales and Distribution team.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate meetings, luncheons, events (internal &amp; off-site) in an efficient &amp; timely manner and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a central point for disseminating inter-departmental communication and coordinate the flow of information throughout the team.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and manage flow of external communication to agents.</p></li></ul><p>Competencies required:</p><ul><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact with customers and all levels of internal partners.</p></li><li><p>Strong administrative skills i.e. the ability to handle correspondence and phone inquiries, maintain files, take notes in meetings, prepare and monitor expense accounts, and complete special projects as needed.</p></li><li><p>Effective time management and organizational skills.
