We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at Cynerio and join our NYC office. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of our marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in industry events, and partner marketing initiatives. Assist with event planning tasks and on-site logistics.

• Social media content creation and scheduling, including posts, stories, and engagements.

• Assist with website updates and email marketing campaigns, including building email lists, managing content, and analyzing campaign performance.

• Support with marketing campaigns, including landing pages, graphics, and strategic initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, calendar management, warehouse logistics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). New/recent grads & grads-to-be are welcome to apply!

• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Hubspot, Canva, Salesforce, Google/SEO tools is a plus

• A yearly salary of $50,000-$60,000
