Responsibilities

• Conduct Ads Research (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Native, Pinterest, etc.
• Conduct Video Content Research
• Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team in their daily activities- Create reports for the management team
• Conduct Freelancers Research
• Perform Competitors Research
• Google Drive Management
• Schedule Social Media Posts

• Collaborate with teams and other departments

• Contribute ideas, lead by example and embrace the team culture

• Ad Hoc tasks

Requirements

• 2+ Years Experience as a Virtual Assistant for an E-commerce Store
• Diverse range of experience in ecommerce, page building, social media, and general administration

• Required: 2+ Years of Experience as a Virtual Assistant

• Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Shopify

• Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Amazon

• Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Social Media

• Strong English and Communication Skills

• Must be detail oriented
