AEG Vision is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing projects and initiatives within our Marketing Production team. AEG Vision's Marketing Production team, supports over 400 retail eye care practices with initiatives such as local sponsorship requests, doctor projects, patient retention and recall, practice promotions, real estate projects, etc.

The Marketing Assistant Coordinator primary responsibilities will include project management, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and coordination of marketing activities to ensure smooth operations and successful campaign implementation. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, experience maintaining worksheets, and presenting work to managers and leaders. The Marketing Assistant Coordinator must be comfortable working with internal and external partners via email, phone, and video conference to capture and catalog essential information.

Project Management:

  • Execution of numerous time-sensitive tasks and initiatives for AEG Vision's eye care practices, including, but not limited to, communication announcements, coordination and completion of doctor bios, and coordination of doctor and eye care practice photography.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the marketing team.

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging across all channels.

Communication:

  • Communicate with various internal and external departments, including doctors, field leaders, and outside vendors, such as advertising agencies and marketing vendors, to execute assigned tasks.

  • Communicate project requirements, updates, and deliverables via email, phone, and video conference.

  • Foster strong relationships with partners and vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration.

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1+ year experience in project management or administrative support, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.

  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.

  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features (ex. Outlook, Excel, SmartSheet).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing a plus.

Experience using project management software a plus (ex. Workfront, Monday, Asana).
