Brown & Brown is seeking a Marketing Assistant for its growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our marketing team as an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field and contribute to data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data analysis, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.

• Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights into key performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and reporting.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

• Utilize Excel and other tools to perform data manipulation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy.

• Assist in developing A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

• Monitor and track social media and digital marketing analytics to assess the effectiveness of online initiatives.

• Assist in generating actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies based on data analysis.

• Support the team in ad-hoc analysis projects and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Stay updated on marketing analytics best practices and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and data visualization techniques is a plus.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is a bonus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Enthusiasm for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
