Job Purpose & Scope Supports projects and initiatives for the Marketing and Communications teams to help the organization achieve its business and brand objectives. Essential Job Functions Supports the Marketing and Communications teams.
Manages, organizes and tracks Bank OZK marketing assets, including QR codes, campaign collateral, and logos and other design assets, through our digital asset library. Manages and tracks budget expenditures, including updating campaign spend dashboards and other budget metrics. Completes necessary regulatory forms for campaigns, including Compliance paperwork, audit readiness and project management forms.
Assists with requests for proposals, including formatting presentations and documents to support new client acquisition and retention. Supports the Communications team with Grand Openings and event logistics, including working with internal and external partners to organize campaigns and promotions. Creates executive presentations for Bank meetings including, Board meetings, Loan Committee meetings, Strategic Planning Meetings, and others as needed.
Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders and external clients, vendors and partners to ensure all parties receive excellent service and responses in a timely manner. Completes other special assignments, as needed. Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with respect to Company and Bank matters.
Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of or willingness to learn Marketing software, including Adobe products, project management and other marketing automation tools.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management. Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work without close supervision.
Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives. Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment. Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work extended hours, as necessary, to accomplish work objectives. Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, business, or other job-related field, required.
Experience in marketing and/or communications, preferred. Experience working in the financial services industry, preferred. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, WorkFront (project management platform), website editing tools and marketing automation software, preferred.
