It automates data formatting, sampling, testing, and analytics, and works with any audit software, addressing key pain points with simplicity.The Sales and Marketing Executive supports the sales process for customer growth and help identify new sales for client firms and users. This involves day-to-day management and improvements to the company CRM system, Zoho and support the marketing of the Toolbar for growth, by managing all digital assets and co-ordinating and managing outbound marketing initiatives.Minimum RequirementsStrong background in B2B sales, marketing, client and user services, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS environmentsAt least 2+ years of commercial and client/market experienceProficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams)Knowledge of social platforms, especially LinkedInFamiliarity with other IT tools like Miro and CanvaCRM experience, preferably ZohoExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organization, planning, and problem-solving skillsCreative thinkingEnergy and driveConfident and assertivePositive “can-do” attitudeFlexible and reliableProactive and self-motivatedAble to prioritize important activitiesAble to function as a member of a remote teamDuties and ResponsibilitiesWork with the Sales Team (Client Growth) to directly target specific sectors for new prospects that can be used by telesales to identify new demo opportunities for the Audit Toolbar.Maintain the company CRM system, Zoho that is used for all sales and marketing engagementIdentify and research sources of suspect data on accounting firms in main sales territories to be provided to the sales functionClean and maintain the client and user database with ZohoManage the lead process from telesales to sales completion to include, telesales team management, performance reporting, lead qualification, demo set up, follow up activity and all CRM loggingReview and refine the lead management process to optimise conversion ratesWork with Client Success to ensure that all users receive a “white glove” experience at the onboarding stage and are optimised for successful useEnsure all customer and user records are accurately maintained in ZohoObtain customer feedback/Trust Pilot reviews/testimonials for use in marketing and publish where possibleDesign and launch a customer expansion plan to grow users through referrals and organic client growthMaintain the company website with updates and improvementDesign and maintain all digital assetsManage social media feeds on Linked InWrite and despatch a user newsletter (Top Toolbar Tips)Create video content and video assetsProvide regular reporting on all aspects of the company’s sales and marketingCreate new and innovative ideas to drive our overall lead generationKontak Recruitment Disclaimer:
