Description
People Incorporated is seeking a Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time position, that will identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with professional corporations, government entities, and community and faith-based organizations. This position will drive engagement with marketing and community professionals for tabling, exhibitor booths, conferences, volunteer, and other events. The Marketing and Communtiy Engagement Coordinator will utilize integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, to support advertising, project management, vendor management, and grassroots community strategies, including reporting event effectiveness and impact
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, business hours 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours for special events
Location: Main office at 3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Ste 600, Eagan MN 55121 - options to work from home as arranged with supervisor
Hiring Range: $63,500 - $69,000 annual salary based based on qualifications

Principal Accountabilities/Essential Duties:
Develop and sustain positive relationships with a range of people, including People Incorporated clients, community leaders, local groups and organizations, community-based and faith-based organizations and local authorities to support and sustain community-led action.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing marketing, including email marketing, community engagement events and public information to increase engagement with, participation in, and awareness of People Incorporated. Organize and coordinate community outreach events, conferences, health fairs, coalitions, and partnership meetings.
Manage and organize the marketing and communications department collateral inventory, organization's online store, and ordering of all event swag items.
Manage corporate volunteerism and in-kind donations and drives.
Execute specific outreach activities to connect with community members, healthcare professionals and families seeking services.
Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to provide a high level of internal/external customer service with support in community engagement with partners so they can refer eligible clients and organizations for services and resources.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years community relations, public, and marketing outreach experience that includes coordinating large events, community-based activities, email marketing, working with youth and adults, and/or marketing involvement
Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain rapport and positive relationships with volunteer workers and community partners.
Ability to work and set priorities in a team and collaborative environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
