Job Title: Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Short-Term Summer Hire

The role of CRS' Marketing and Communications Division is to lead strategy, execution, analysis and on-going optimization of the agency's brand to produce a clear, recognizable and powerful voice across all channels.
This position seeks a current undergraduate or graduate student seeking to obtain work experience in Marketing and Communications. The Summer Hire will work with the Integrated Marketing and Communications Teams. The Integrated Marketing Team provides strategic guidance and support on CRS' marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. The Communications Department is responsible for helping CRS staff promote the agency's work in a variety of different ways that includes handling publicity, media relations, and representational and media trainings. In addition, the team manages CRS' multiple social media channels.
The MarCom Summer Hire will be responsible for monitoring social media and tagging content on social media as well as supporting the Marketing Project Manager for marketing campaigns and content strategy.
Supports Integrated Marketing campaigns
Assists in evaluation of the MarCom Method
Creates and updates project timelines
Assists in aligning content across divisions
Tagging social media content on our content platform
Draft social media content
Monitoring social media feeds
Tracking peers on social media and reporting out weekly any trends
Perform other tasks as assigned.

External: Local, national, and international journalists; Cision support team
