You'll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Visual Communications team determines how to visually represent PwC's key strategic initiatives and business goals. You'll help the team with corporate visual brand design, creative strategy development and media design ideas.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in developing and leading design initiatives, campaigns and managing work streams, including developing multimedia graphics, electronic collateral, digital components as well as web-based proposals, production through distribution and producing fully-branded exacting designs.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading design principles and digital channels, emphasizing consistent utilization of one or more of the following areas of design: HTML, responsive web, interactive, infographics, data visualization, tablet/handhelds, publications, environments, advertising, user experience and proposals.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in working at a design agency and/or studio or marketing- and sales-related roles in corporate environments and/or a professional services firm are preferred.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading the end-to-end lifecycle project management of design-led collateral for a professional services firm, which includes the following areas:

  • Producing the concepts, designs and layouts of complex pieces ranging from internally printed materials to externally viewed multi-component campaigns;

  • Leading the design, development, population, production and delivery of priority collateral, leveraging the PC platform of Adobe Creative Suite, iBooks, typography know-how, and other creative Tools to do so;

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ascertain the necessary information required for the development of design campaigns and driving of brand knowledge and acceptance with all levels of staff and partners within a partnership business model, including strategic design briefs, conceptualization sessions, and design-centric discussions;

  • Managing a demanding and widely-fluctuating workload in high-volume, deadline-driven corporate environment through resource assignment and project coordination, as well as the daily activity of incoming projects in an area of specialization;

  • Leading teams, including creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

  • Providing feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issue;

  • Exhibiting experience in UX/UI and Front-end development, SVG/CSS animation, Html/CSS/Javascript/Jquery, Wireframing/Prototyping (Adobe XD), and Adobe CC;

  • Showcasing design/concepting skills;

  • Utilizing communication skills and relationship building skills;

  • Implementing ability to design within a brand identity;

  • Highlighting responsive design and development experience;

  • Driving data-driven design and user testing industry leading practices;

  • Understanding of accessibility standards and industry leading practices;

  • Demonstrating analytical and multitasking skills;

  • Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences;

  • Designing and building innovative, interactive infographics and SVG/CSS animations; and,

  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

Job Details: SUMMARY: The Senior Category Marketing Manager role is responsible for partnering with the Prepared Food Service Business Units cross functional teams to execute volume growth strategies through pricing strategy and financial analytics. This position is expected to be the product cost expert for the Foodservice business. Owns understanding product cost changes including protein market impacts on raw material input costs conversion costs yields throughputs labor ingredients other variable costs fixed overhead costs and warehouse and distribution costs. Will provide cost details and bridging of changes in cost to the trade team as part of RFP pricing recommendations. The baseline understanding of costs will influence all aspects of business specific pricing and margin decisions and will ensure the basis for pricing decisions are accurate. Other responsibilities include pro-actively leading all category-related activities including RFPs SKU rationalization low margin analysis category and customer specific strategic pricing identifying cost savings initiatives gathering competitive intelligence verifying product cost drivers supporting development of long and short-term category strategies and tactics; communicate relevant issues with BU; Lead the Mexican Business Unit team to evaluate and understand any product profitability issues. Responsible for making recommendations around optimizing product assortments and discontinuing inefficient items; Work with product change projects including value quality improvement initiatives and line extension product launches; Provide recommendations to the BU organization on category strategy selling propositions and work closely with Revenue Management and Sales on category opportunities; Create formula based pricing Monitors industry trends market share product FMV competitive activity and competitive product cuttings; manages a team toward achievement of category goals and financial objectives.
