Working under the direction of an Account Executive, the account coordinator supports the work of the Marketing Account executives by providing administrative support for the account teams, creating project plans, timelines and budget for fund development and program related activities.

Ability to translate brand guidelines and elements across various types of content

Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders; ability to manage many competing priorities and communicate effectively when priorities shift
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Works with Account teams to oversee development, production and execution of projects
Helps identify new project opportunities
Sets up meetings with the core project team
Works with account executives and managers to respond to business requests and needs
Tracks budget and notes for key deliverables, owners and dates
Assists in development of project and creative briefs
Shares feedback with internal and external stakeholders
Maintains project schedules and delivers assets to channel owners.
Works with appropriate staff to see creative development and review to completion.
Manages details of PO and contract processes.
Prepares status and wrap up reports
Tracks analytics and success metrics for projects
Prepares materials for presentations and supporting documents for key projects as directed.
2-3+ years' marketing/communications experience
Minimum bachelor's degree required
Responsible for tracking established budget and managing POs
Members of the marketing and communications team
Communications consultants and freelancers
Agencies (limited to administrative support)
Others as appropriate and assigned
Personal computer (must have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), copier, and telephone.
