The Role

Zume, Inc. is looking for an exceptionally smart, multitasking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Chairman of Zume, Inc.. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to be based out of our San Francisco and Mountain View offices. This is a vital role to Zume, Inc. and requires proactive engagement with a distributed team across various cities; proactive support of the executives with a mastery of time management, calendars, travel, events, expenses and productivity improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO: be fully aware of the CEO's priorities and initiatives, manage his schedule and provide structure and guidance to meet deliverables

  • Be an ambassador for the Zume brand and the Office of the CEO

  • Oversee ZEAT (Zume Executive Administrative Team): be a leader, sounding board and conduit for the team (roughly 13-15 people). Work closely with other Executive Assistants to coordinate company-wide projects, events, all-hands, leadership meetings and other ad hoc needs

  • Work closely with the CEO's Technical Advisor (TA) to execute the CEO's vision

  • Continually look for ways to optimize the CEO's workflow

  • Organize and run quarterly Executive Offsites; book venues, meetings sites, negotiate pricing with vendors

  • Liaise with Board Members and their respective Executive Assistants; plan quarterly Board Dinners and Meetings

  • Adapt quickly to changing executive, team and company priorities, while being able to anticipate and proactively suggest solutions to conflicts

  • Stay abreast of developing needs and requirements and act as an information source for the Executive Team: Develop and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge of general office procedures at Zume

  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team and be a positive contributor to the full team's culture and experience

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties: Assemble documents and supplies as needed, help track and drive completion of deliverables and follow up on outstanding items

  • Coordinate and schedule domestic and international meetings, travel and lodging

  • Prepare and submit expense reports

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology start-up environment or comparable fast-paced business

  • Prior experience with managing multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate next

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Enthusiastic and Eager to Learn: You'll have direct access to a seasoned business leader who operates at an extremely high level

  • Maturity: Exhibit the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, integrity and trustworthiness with sensitive information. Ultra-dependable. Always able to positively represent your executives and Zume.

  • Structured in Approach: Analytical, organized and conscientious while still able to be flexible, patient and open-minded, in times of shifting priorities

  • A Self-Starter: Seek to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with maturity; be collaboratively creative and a proactive problem-solver

  • A Great Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills; use tact and diplomacy when interfacing different personalities within and outside of Zume

  • Technically Skilled: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint / Google Suite, Adobe and expense systems

  • A Great Team Member: Have a strong cultural fit and work ethic with Zume and the People Team

  • Reliable and Flexible: Comfortable working 40 hours per week with availability outside of regular business hours for urgent matters or planning needs; Flexibility to match executive's schedule when needed

We are looking for a customer marketing manager to take our customer marketing content to the next level. BlueJeans is a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS provider, with over $100M in annual recurring revenue and more than 13,000 customers. Working within the customer marketing team, this person will tap into the excitement our customers have for BlueJeans, build a pipeline of customer references, and create compelling success stories we can share with the market. As a customer marketing manager, you will partner with teams across our business (Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Regional Marketing, etc.) to deliver customer advocacy programs and create customer content. You will help create valuable 'Voice of the Customer' content like case studies and video testimonials, press releases and media advisories, as well as line up customers for public webinars and speaking sessions. You will also set up non-public references for sales and analyst reports under NDA. This is a critical role supporting all aspects of the business including pipeline growth and deal acceleration directly with sales. Key responsibilities * Build strong and lasting relationships with BlueJeans customers. * Showcase our customer successes by developing a variety of reference content, including case studies, video testimonials, customer speaking presentations, blog posts, award submissions, and more. * Build and manage a pipeline of reference customers and maintain a centralized repository of all customer marketing assets for easy retrieval by the rest of the organization. * Work closely with BlueJeans' demand generation, product marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders to determine additional customer marketing content needs, and to develop assets as proof points for product launches, campaigns, the web site, and sales tools. * Drive peer reviews on the industries top review sites. * Support the BlueJeans Strategic Customer Advisory Board Program management and execution. * Fulfill ad hoc customer participation requests from sales, product marketing, and demand generation. * Regularly report on the status and growth of BlueJeans' customer marketing content efforts to the entire BlueJeans organization. Education and Experience Required: * 5+ years in customer marketing experience, ideally managing customer reference programs across a broad range of business units and solutions offerings. * Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, sales, or communications or equivalent industry experience.
