Job Description:
Entry-level marketing position that quickly grows with opportunity for growth in the sales or marketing organizations. The candidate should excel in operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency of marketing operations. This is an engaging and hands-on role requiring an individual who excels in both strategic and tactical duties.
Responsibilities:
Review inbound marketing leads and map prospects to buying center and target solutions
Report successes and areas of improvement of marketing campaigns and lead generation strategy
Develop and manage a follow up cadence to systematically nurture potential leads that aren't quite ready to buy.
Support and drive interpretation, socialization and adoption of operational marketing reports
Extract insights on behavior of customers acquired through the field and channel marketing using analytics tools, data platforms, and internal databases
Surface analytical insights: proactively investigate root causes of aberrant data, and identify opportunities for optimization
Support design and implementation of experimentation necessary to improve channel efficiency, drive growth, and inform marketing investment decisions
Create, manage, and report on lead generation and nurture campaigns in the Salesforce ecosystem, consisting of the optimization and implementation of buyer personas and journeys, and dissemination of marketing content
Develops and drives the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness
Driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality
Manage and pull key marketing metrics, inputting these measurements into reports that measure the performance of the marketing team and present to marketing management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Computer Science. The equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
At least 1 year working experience in a marketing capacity
Proficiency in the use of tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools etc. is considered an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must given the cross-functional nature of this position
