What does a great Senior Marketing Analyst do?
You will be the lead advocate for providing analysis for strategic planning to support the marketing, sales, and demand generation organization across 6 lines of business. You will have the chance to influence investment decisions, technology choices and transform the processes we use to conduct business.
As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you can look forward to:
Analyzing Campaign Effectiveness:
Tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing programs and operations.
Making strategic and tactical recommendations to optimize campaign performance to achieve pipeline, revenue and sales objectives.
Measuring and monitoring campaign attribution. Making recommendations for weighted models and testing. Drive organizational understanding of campaign attribution.
Establishing best practices for tracking and analysis of return on investment (ROI) and making recommendations on where to invest.
Measuring and Monitoring the demand generation waterfall and velocity through the funnel leveraging marketing automation system, Salesforce and Full Circle Insights.
Forecasting marketing program performance to leads, opportunities and pipeline.
Strategic Marketing Analysis:
Aggregating disparate data sets, synthesizing the data, creating reports and dashboards and communicating out insights to stakeholders.
Creating look-a-like models to identify ideal profile fit based on opportunity data in Salesforce.
Building models to assess pipeline trends, productivity and performance across sales and marketing.
Make recommendations for incorporating intent data to prioritize leads and outreach.
Leverage market research and internal data to develop product penetration analysis to understand share of wallet, market penetration and sizing.
Coordinating with Product Marketing Leadership within FRMS, as well as key strategic stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Sales, Global Sales Organization (GSO) Demand Creation and Lead Development Teams) to provide adhoc analysis and reporting.
Data and List Management:
List management to ensure clean customer and prospect lists are in Salesforce for list pulls, reporting and analysis.
Supporting our account based marketing activities through account and contact list development. Enrich contact data by using data append tools such as DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo.

Loves building dashboards to provide a visual representation of key metrics to manage the business. Can interpret and articulate the high-level insights to the marketing leadership team. You are a self-starter and can quickly learn and recommend new technology platforms that can feed reporting and analysis. You have a proven track record of driving pipeline, revenue, conversions and productivity through analytics.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelors degree (Business related is preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing analysis and operations with emphasis on demand generation.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Experience tracking marketing influenced and sourced pipeline and revenue, leads through the demand waterfall, and campaign attribution.
Experience with campaign attribution tools such as Full Circle Insights or Bizible.
Track record of delivering increased marketing effectiveness with measurable return on investment (ROI) and demand generation waterfall improvements.
Experience working with long sales cycles (for example, 6 months to 2 years).
Proficiency with Excel and SalesForce.com.
Experience with Marketing Automation tools (examples include Marketo, Eloqua, Silverpop).
Experience working with large, disparate data sets
Experience with multiple technologies that store and process data and enable visualization.
Ability to travel 10%.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Experience with Sirius Decisions best practices and demand waterfall.
Banking, financial services, and/or software industry marketing experience.
Experience working with a Lead Development, Business Development or Sales Development Rep team.
